My stay at Hotel Golden Grand was quite disappointing. Although the location near Patel Nagar metro station was convenient, the poor service and unpleasant interactions with the staff overshadowed the positives. The food was consistently unsatisfactory, and the staff demeanor left a lot to be desired.
